A3I Winter school started
A3I Winter school started at the University of Yamanashi from Feb.3. This Winter school has originally been scheduled to carry out in the summer of 2022. However, due to the influence of COVID-19, the participating students were restricted to travel to Japan. It therefore was postponed to this winter. Eventually it has started from Feb 3.
The University of Yamanashi hosts the Winter school this year. This Winter school comprises 3 parts, which include real-problem solving A3ICamp, A3I Symposium where the participants present their research achievements under co-mentorship, and A3I Academic-Industry Forum where the university and the industry are to exchange opinions on the cultivation of AI talents.
At the opening of the Winter School, students participated in a Camp at Lake Yamanaka, where project teams were formed, teachers lectured, and discussions were held.
On February 10, the A3I Academic-Industry Forum and the A3I Symposium will be held in a hybrid.
This Winter School will run through February 16.
