Mid-long Term Study at Pukyong National University (PKNU), Korea Started
Two first-year master’s students of Computer Science and Engineering Course from Department of Engineering started their study at PKNU, Korea. During the four-month period from September to December 2023, the students aim to deepen their understanding toward their own research fields and gain new knowledge and skills through taking courses at PKNU and conducting research under the supervision of PKNU’s faculties.
Below are some comments from the students, which indicate that they are living a fulfilling study life at the host university.
・Since the start of studying abroad, I have got many opportunities to make presentations in English, I thus was able to learn useful English expressions in presentation.
・I found that many local students can speak fluent English, which inspired me to make more efforts so as to improve my communicative competence in English and gain more experiences.
・Through hanging out with local students to various places, I was able to identify the differences between Korea and Japan on diverse occasions.
The A3I office will continue to provide support to ensure students’ study abroad experience fulfilling.
